How to Submit Contract Information
To submit your project data take the following steps:
For Subject, select 2. b. Add Name Tag/Label
Fill out all the necessary information under the Feedback Form:
a. Name
b. Email
c. Company Name -> Project Name
d. Company Website -> Project Website
e. Select if you are submitting as the address owner or user. Preferably this should be the address owner or who is in contact with the address that deployed the contract
Fill out all the necessary information under Name Tagging. Note that you can click on the Add more name tagging button to add more contracts on the same form. All fields are mandatory!
a. Provide the smart contract address
b. Provide the label following the labeling structure described before
c. Website
d. Category:
i. DeFi
ii. NFT
iii. Gaming
iv. Infrastructure
v. Wallet
vi. Other
e. A Short Description.
Once you’ve filled out all the fields, solve the reCAPTCHA and click on Send Message to submit the form
If your project has factory contracts, let Etherscan know as there is special logic that needs to be programmed around them.
